Worry on your Tapestry

Magenta,
I read the following post recently. It is a quote from Bruce Lipton.* I would like to know yours or the Nine's opinion on this. Can you tell me if it's true please?
"Worrying is praying for something you don’t want. Our thoughts have a direct effect on our life’s experiences and outcome. And when we worry, we’re ruminating, and meditating on an image of what we don’t want, and we’re adding very strong (negative) emotion to it… which causes it to sink directly into the subconscious mind." - Bruce Lipton
My reply:
Many thanks for a great question. A quote is of course just a snapshot of a larger work, so Bruce Lipton may have said much more. I am going to comment specifically on this quote only, not his wider work.
So yes, this is true. The images created within the brain are placed as a focus for manifestation of those images as the quote says. This is what the pineal gland does. It is a projector. So Bruce Lipton is totally accurate.
The broadcast signal you actually give out is fear. This is why when you are worried about one thing and are fearing a certain outcome, loads of other, similarly related incidents occur in quick succession. This can be accompanied with synchronicity. So this is known as a negative spiral and negative synchronicity...
However, despite me confirming that yes this is true, there are things to note about worry and things that can be done.
Worry can be a way to catalyse a working out in your mind the greater aspects surrounding each potential within the various outcomes that you are worried about. It is usually the more aware individuals that are able to utilise worry as a catalyst for analysis.
For those with a spiritual mindset know that all outcomes have a positive, so whatever you are worrying about will not be 'all bad' if you will. Look for the positive in this. You can manifest the positive in this. See these images in your mind even if you are still feeling worry.
The work you do regarding analysis of the potentials and the looking for the positive are all aspects of integration of worry and ultimately integration of fear. So integration changes the broadcast from fear to integration of fear. You may then see positives and alignments in your life coming out of this situation. You are likely also to go through growth and expansion due to the learning experience taking place.
It is important to know that worry (fear) once it takes hold within you, is not easy to 'remove' if you will, it sits within you and broadcasts the signal that you want more of the same.
"Praying for what you don't want"... just as this quote is saying.
You need to be tender and loving with yourself at this time. No recriminations and admonishments of self for allowing worry or fear to take hold. No matter how spiritually adept and focused you are, life presents challenges that are unexpected and we can create our own reality in ways we did not intend.
The work to release worry, not transcend it, is integration of it and this changes the broadcast.
Worry can hurt physically and affect physical processes in the body as the adrenal hormones are pumped out in response to fight or flight. This is often why you cannot eat or you have 'sleepless nights' and this is where the saying 'my hair went grey overnight' comes from, as worry/fear and the adrenal chemicals released can contribute towards the ageing process.
So one way of dealing with this is to relax (in meditation or lying down) and breathe the worry out of you. Yogic breathing can help with this.
With each breath you breathe the worry out and allow light and love in. This will begin the healing process as the fight or flight situation can leave you feeling exhausted, especially if it has gone on for a long time.
Alternatively (or in conjunction with) you can try just visualising that the worry is flowing out of you or that you are removing it from you and allow it to sit in front of you so that you can look at it. Examine it. Analyse it.
This may work straight away so you can then integrate the worry you are now seeing in front of you as a separate entity to you.
However if the worry/fear is self-consuming due to it being extreme, then it might just keep appearing back within you regardless of how many times you try to remove it or breathe it out.
So in these cases you can speak to yourself (silently or aloud) the affirmations (spells) that will help such as:
"I am well, I am healthy, I am safe, I am free, I am love, I am loved, I am in bliss, I am bliss, I am joy, I hold joy, I am sovereign."
The above are just examples so use whichever affirmation feels in alignment for you.
You can also work with prayer and higher communication, asking Archangel Michael or any other guide, guardian angel, ascended master, higher being, Jesus, God/Source to assist you with this issue. To help you with your healing and integration and to guide you along your path.
This may appear to take the inner work 'outside of you' delegating responsibility to a higher force... but in truth as long as you are aware, focused, grounded and standing in truth and integrity then all is actually within. Everything is an inner journey.
You are not becoming passive and simply allowing God or the angels to 'take care of it' for you. This only happens if you stop feeling. If you bury or ignore the worry/fear or you instead act upon it with anger or other lower, negative emotions.
A lower, negative emotion does not mean it does not have a purpose. Think of the emotions as keys upon a piano. They each need to play a different note, both higher and lower, in order for a symphony or composition to be played.
It is essential to be kind to yourself at this time. It is okay to cancel commitments and focus on your own healing and moving back to your personal power, strength and joy. You have not failed by feeling worry.
You can prevent the 'prayer for what you don't want' by allowing yourself the space and time to integrate and heal.
What you are then praying for is integration of fear, exploration of it and healing from it.
For these emotions are messages. Worry and fear is a message from your subconscious mind to your conscious awareness. This aspect of yourself is letting you know that something is wrong, there is a potential threat to you (or perceived threat) or that you are about to take an action that could lead to more uncomfortable and challenging situations for you. It is a message and a signpost so listen to the message. Become the investigator of your own emotional signal and dive deeply into it.
Often it is an opportunity. Presented to you at a point you may consider to be a personal choice point. Many times worry accompanies decision making and eventually making a decision or taking action of some kind can instantly alleviate the worry as you made the aligned choice or took right action.
Finally, gratitude. To give gratitude to the worry you feel for teaching you and bringing you a message. Or gratitude for the astute and aware subconscious mind (or higher self however you want to see it) for alerting you to this situation.
* Gratitude for the potential playouts and scenarios and checkpoints before you.
* Gratitude for opportunities and potentially the opening of doors.
* Gratitude that you are able to see the positives in this situation.
* Gratitude for your ability to flip the perceived negative into a positive and create something from your experience and emotion. Or gratitude to your guidance system for doing this for you.
Worry can be a challenge to deal with. It can impact your life in many ways and also your health, mentally, spiritually, emotionally and physically. It is not easy to take the steps I speak about here and it might take time. Yet for others, it may be flowing and easy. We are each and all different and unique in the way this works.
Be your own best friend, love yourself and forgive yourself if you feel that is needed in this situation.
Find your boundaries, stand strong and firm but allow yourself the humanity you incarnated for, which like Source or God is to experience all and everything - or at least from the incarnated aspect, a myriad of experiences, feelings, emotions, learning, growth and accumulation of knowledge and memory. For your life is a tapestry you are creating and there is a place for worry alongside every other emotion.
You can step back and see that tapestry in its whole and complete form, visualise how you want it to be and make alterations when needed. You can respond to the tapestry taking on a life of its own and work with it, in unity with it.
That tapestry of your life is yours to create as you wish and you have the power to do this. It is your divine right and your blueprinted destiny to create this way.
